Jennifer :: Bridals
April 27, 2010A few weeks ago I traveled with Jared Rey to sunny Cabo San Lucas, Mexico to assist him with Jennifer and James’ destination wedding. It was the first time either of us had covered a wedding outside of the country … and we couldn’t have asked for a better couple to work with. Instead of one long post … this wedding will be divided up into multiple posts in order to coincide with Jared’s posts. Depending on how it’s received … breaking events up might become permanent practice. To start things off … here’s a look at a few images I captured during Jennifer’s bridal session at the stunning Zoetry Casa Del Mar – Los Cabos Resort. Be sure to check out Jared Rey’s beautiful images from the bridal session as well. You’ll notice a few of my images on his site as well. January 16, 2010::WARNING:: Long Post Ahead! Just sayin’ …
We’re ringin’ in 2010 with a bang! Here’s the first of hopefully many more weddings this year. It also marked my wife Jennifer’s retirement as a professional bridesmaid … she’s a little sad. The outside temperature in Dallas was lower than it had been in over a decade … but overall it turned out to be a beautiful day for an awesome wedding. Thank you Catherine and Nick for choosing me as your photographer … it was a blast. And a special thanks to my brother David for standing in as “flash girl.”

I don’t know … I’m starting to think I didn’t take enough ring shots. :-p
I’ve never seen kids so focused on a toast. Couldn’t have planned this out even if I paid them in candy bars.
I don’t know what is going on in this shot … but it cracks me up every time I look at it.
This guy was awesome … so intense!
